Shipping Information
All of our items are shipped within the time stated on the product description page when ordered. If it will take longer than this we will contact you with an update on the shipment status for your order.

Returns & Exchanges
We apologize for any inconvenience we have caused you to return or exchange our product(s). All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and will be charged a 20% restocking. Please use the following contact form to let us know that you do not intend to keep your product. Send us the order # along with your email account that you used to register with our store. Thanks for your patience and we will try and respond within 24 hour time frame.
